Description
Knox County is seeking a vendor to provide Travel Management Services. The selected vendor will be responsible for sourcing and procuring the lowest available airline reservations, managing and checking reservations for accuracy, and providing after-hours emergency services and tracking for unused airline tickets/credits. The vendor will also be required to provide management reporting and accounting data as requested. The contract will be for a period of three years with the option to renew for an additional two years.
• The vendor must have experience in travel management services and be able to demonstrate an understanding of Knox County's needs.
• The vendor must be able to provide a quality control program to ensure accuracy and completeness of reservations.
• The vendor must be able to provide management reporting and accounting data as requested.
• The vendor must be able to provide after-hours emergency services and tracking for unused airline tickets/credits.
• The vendor must be able to provide online booking tools and/or automated expense systems.
