The Town of Holly Springs is seeking a qualified NC licensed professional engineering firm to provide services for the Elevated Tank (New Hill Rd) & GB Alford Waterline Connection project. The project includes preliminary design and routing, final design and permitting, and construction administration services for a new potable water transmission main and elevated storage tank. The successful firm will provide services in three phases, and the Town reserves the right to re-advertise between phases. • The project requires a detailed engineering study of the potential routes and a recommendation for a final route selection. • The project includes tank siting, limited survey and utility location services, water modeling, and preliminary project costs. • The project requires a qualified NC licensed professional engineering firm with experience in similar projects. • The project has a schedule of events, including issuance of solicitation, deadline to submit written questions, and submission deadline. • The project evaluation criteria include relative experience, qualifications, overall project understanding, and references.
