The Caddo Parish School Board is seeking a qualified insurance brokerage firm to manage its Property and Casualty insurance program for the 2023‑2024 renewal year. The broker will be responsible for securing coverage, handling flood insurance for three identified schools, providing a $50 M named windstorm limit, arranging terrorism coverage that includes property damage and business interruption, and delivering loss‑control consulting services. The solicitation includes extensive loss‑run data and a Statement of Values to aid in underwriting and pricing.
• Provide brokerage services for property‑and‑casualty insurance (including flood, windstorm, and terrorism endorsements).
• Review and incorporate historical loss‑run data (nine loss‑run files) and the SOV to develop pricing and coverage recommendations.
• Support the Risk Manager’s self‑inspection survey and maintain business continuity planning for the district.
• Submit a formal proposal after the opening date of September 21 2023.
