Description
The State University of New York at Stony Brook is soliciting qualifications from consultants to provide design services for the construction of a solar canopy system over Lot 40. The scope of work includes design services through and including construction administration. The successful bidder will be required to comply with various rules and regulations, including those related to employment reporting, lobbying, and procurement.
• The solar canopy system will be constructed over Lot 40 (South P Lot) at Stony Brook University.
• The consultant will be responsible for design services, including construction administration.
• The consultant must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including those related to employment reporting, lobbying, and procurement.
• The consultant must provide complete and accurate billing and comply with the Office of the State Comptroller's electronic payment procedures.
• The contract may be revised at any time upon mutual consent of the parties in writing.
