The State of South Carolina is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, and install five luxury recreational‑vehicle park‑model cottages that will serve as renal rental units at Black River State Park. The contractor must provide fully built, RVIA‑inspected units that meet or exceed the detailed construction, interior, and utility specifications, including decks, skirting, and connection to site‑provided water, power, sewer, and LP‑gas hookups. Installation includes leveling, anchoring, utility hookups, and final site staging, with a one‑year warranty on the units and manufacturer warranties on appliances.
