Description
The Department of the Air Force is soliciting quotes for laundry and dry-cleaning services at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the government intends to award the contract to the responsible offeror whose offer is the most advantageous to the government. The scope of work includes laundry and dry-cleaning services, medical laundry, and special laundry for petroleum-soiled items. The contractor will be required to provide a firm-fixed price quote utilizing the Contractor Submittal Form, and all quotes should include the solicitation number, quote number, name, address, UEI number, CAGE code, contact information, quantity, unit price, total price, and any discount terms.
• The contract has a base period and four option years.
• The government reserves the right to award without exchanges.
• The price of the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer will be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness.
• The government may conduct interchanges with one, some, none, or all vendors at its discretion.
• The award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror without further consideration to any other offerors.
