Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to replace and upgrade the Community Living Center (CLC) HVAC system at the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System in South Dakota. The project involves providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete the work in accordance with the construction documents. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and VA policies. The project has a period of performance of 547 calendar days and a magnitude of construction between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000.
• The contractor must be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concern.
• The contractor must be listed as verified in the SBA Small Business Search (SBA SBS) certification database.
• The contractor must comply with the limitations on subcontracting requirement.
• The contractor must provide all necessary documentation, including a bid bond, price schedule, and safety and environmental records.
• The contractor must attend a pre-proposal site visit on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT.
