Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive grounds maintenance services at the El Paso VA Clinic. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the facility's grounds, including lawn mowing, trimming and edging, lawn aeration and dethatching, lawn seeding, street and parking lot sweeping, leaf and debris removal, weed control and removal, chemical treatments, tree removal, tree and shrub care, irrigation system maintenance, and pest and disease control. The contractor will also be required to develop and submit a written Quality Control Plan and perform all work in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations.
