Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

Based on the scope of work, which includes water system treatment and testing for multiple buildings, and the requirement for the bidder to have at least five years of experience in the design, manufacture, application, and service of closed water glycol systems, closed loops, and cooling towers, the estimated budget for this contract could be in the range of $200,000 to $500,000 per year. This estimate takes into account the cost of labor, materials, and equipment required to provide the services, as well as the potential for additional work under the contract's options to renew. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the water systems, the number of buildings involved, and the level of expertise required to provide the services.
