Notice of Intent to Sole Source - 437 MXS 3D-Printer Maintenance Services

The US Air Force intends to award a sole source contract for 3D-Printer maintenance services on Joint Base Charleston - Air Base. The contract will be for a base period plus three option years, starting on 17 May 2026. The contractor will provide all technical support related to the specified 3D-Printer and shall provide maintenance services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The required services include phone support, on-site support, preventative maintenance visits, priority service scheduling, training, parts replacement, hardware updates, software updates, and printer heads. • The services will be provided for a Fortus 900MC 3D-Printer located in Building 536 on Joint Base Charleston. • The contractor must be certified by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Stratasys Inc. • The contract will cover the period from 17 May 2026 to 16 May 2030. • The contractor will provide all certified service technicians to carry out all work and operations as necessary. • The contract includes an Emerald Care 900MC Annual Service Plan, which covers phone support, on-site support, preventative maintenance visits, priority service scheduling, training, parts replacement, hardware updates, software updates, and printer heads.
