Description
The purpose of this requirement is to provide personnel, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and incidental supplies to perform monthly inspections and maintenance service for elevators and stair lifts at the United States Department of Labor (DOL), Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) located at MSHA Academy at 1301 Airport Road, Beaver, WV. The contract includes services for one elevator in each of the following buildings: Building B (Administration), Building G (Publication and Distribution), Building 1 (Office Building), Building D (Gym and Offices), as well as one stair lift in K-Hallway, one stair lift in the library, one stair lift in Building D, and one pool lift in the pool area.
• The contract requires monthly inspections and maintenance services.
