Description
The US Air Force is seeking to negotiate a sole source contract with Advanced Simulation Technology, Inc. (ASTi) for a four-year Software and IA Maintenance Subscription. The subscription will cover five Telestra Systems used by the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) Integration Lab. The scope of work includes renewing the Software and AI Maintenance subscription purchased in 2023, and covering two development platforms and three additional systems under one contract.
• The contract will have a base period of one year, with three option years.
• The contract will not exceed four years.
• The place of performance will be Building 1020, Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB).
• The government is not currently entitled to any form of data rights from ASTi, as their software and hardware is 100% proprietary.
