RFSQ - WORKERS' COMPENSATION FRAUD INVESTIGATION SERVICES

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is seeking qualified vendors to provide Workers’ Compensation Fraud Investigation Services on an as-needed basis. The selected vendor will conduct confidential investigations and surveillance of County employees suspected of workers’ compensation fraud. The vendor must meet certain minimum requirements, including having seven years of experience with a minimum of two years as a patrol officer and five years conducting criminal investigations, being trained and certified as a private investigator, and possessing the necessary equipment and expertise for sub-rosa surveillance. The vendor must also certify that they meet the Los Angeles County criteria for Physical Class (3) – Moderate.
