The City of Ocean City, NJ is seeking qualified vendors to furnish, install, and provide ongoing maintenance for coin‑operated binocular viewing machines at multiple city and cooperative pricing system locations. The contract covers three fiscal years (2026/27‑2028/29) and includes a revenue‑share component where a percentage of machine usage fees is paid to the City. Vendors must submit sealed electronic bids, comply with extensive insurance, indemnification, and affirmative‑action requirements, and be prepared to handle permits, licensing, and possible change orders.
