Description
The Embassy of the United States of America is seeking a contractor to provide GOP Exterior Cleaning Services in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The contract will be for the period 2026-2027, and the Embassy intends to award a single purchase order. The scope of work includes exterior cleaning services, and prospective offerors/quoters should refer to the attached scope of work (SOW) for further details.
• The contractor must have valid and active registration in SAM.gov at the time of proposal submission if the quotation is above $40,000 USD.
• The contractor should submit their quotation electronically to [email protected] marked “Quotation Enclosed – GOP Cleaning Services” on or before September 7, 2026.
• A site visit will be conducted on August 17, 2026, at 9:30 am Kuala Lumpur time, and prospective offerors/quoters should contact the Procurement Agent by August 11, 2026, for additional information or to arrange entry to the building.
