The City of Blue Springs, Missouri is seeking a qualified contractor to remove the existing walk‑in cooler/freezer at Vesper Hall and install a new commercial‑grade combination unit. The work is turnkey and must include demolition, disposal, delivery, installation of insulated panels, doors, refrigeration and electrical systems, condensate drainage, permitting, testing, commissioning, and a one‑year warranty on labor. Bids are due September 4, 2026; the award is expected October 21, 2026.
