The Snohomish County PUD is seeking a consulting service to provide ad-hoc support for SuccessFactors configuration, changes, and training with special access to partner-only configuration settings. The consultant will need to have experience with SuccessFactors and its integrations. The district currently has about 1250 employees using SuccessFactors, including 4 HRIS system administrators, and just under 400 contract employees with limited access. The district has several systems integrated with SuccessFactors, including ADP Workforce Now, AwardCo, Benefitfocus, MissionSquare Retirement, Qcera LeaveSource, Quantum Workplace, Salary.com, and TruView BSI Background Checks. The consultant will need to be able to support these integrations and provide training to the district's staff.
