The Maryland State Highway Administration is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance service for emergency generators and associated equipment at their facilities located at 7491 Connelley Drive, Hanover, MD 21076. The contract will be for a period of 24 months and will require the contractor to conduct regular maintenance visits, load bank testing, and emergency repair services. The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in providing maintenance services for emergency generators and must have certified engine mechanics on staff. • The contractor will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections of each generator and its components, as well as associated equipment. • The contractor will be required to provide written reports of their findings and recommendations for any corrective maintenance. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • The contractor must have the ability to perform work at multiple sites simultaneously and must have a plan in place for emergency situations.
