Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a certified vendor to perform comprehensive inspections, testing, and reporting for two underground fuel storage tanks (3,000‑gal mid‑grade and 1,000‑gal diesel) located at 3180 Maintenance Drive, Gulf Shores, AL. The vendor must hold both ADEM and APAC certifications and be capable of conducting all required annual, monthly, and triennial tests, as well as any necessary repairs, with results logged to ADEM. This is a Quick‑Quote solicitation with a not‑to‑exceed ceiling of $25,000 and a contract period of one year.
• Perform annual administrative reporting, underground tank inspections, automatic gauge tests, line‑tightness & leak detector tests, liquid sensor tests, and triennial over‑fill & spill‑bucket tests.
• Conduct monthly visual walkthrough inspections.
• Provide mobilization, travel, and on‑site set‑up costs as part of the contract.
• Must be ADEM‑certified and APAC‑certified, capable of repairing tanks if needed, and able to submit compliance data to the Alabama Department of Environmental Management.
