RFQ - SUSI Retrofit Meter Socket Adapters

The Snohomish County PUD is seeking quotations for the supply of SUSI Retrofit Meter Socket Adapters. The project involves retrofitting meter adapters to upgrade substation feeder meters to Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI). Bidders must submit their proposals electronically through the Public Purchase website. The bid opening will be conducted via teleconference, and the District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. • The project requires the delivery of retrofit meter socket adapters to the Operations Center in Everett, Washington. • The bidder must provide proof of bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit. • The bidder must also provide performance security in the form of a performance bond, irrevocable letter of credit, cashier's check, or certified check. • The payment terms are net 30 days after acceptance by the District. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, safety, and environmental protection.
