Hillrom Centrella beds and accessories for Turtle Mountain Service Unit

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking capability statements from potential sources to provide Hillrom Centrella bed bases with mattress, nurse call, UTV, Lighting, PRO Surface for 36" frame, SafeView+ with IllumiGuide, and Second LCD Touchscreen. The contractor shall provide 11 of each item within 30 days from the date of award. The equipment shall be new and accompanied by the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) warranty. The contractor must also provide a detailed capability statement addressing their qualifications and ability to provide the required equipment. • The contractor must provide only new equipment and new parts for the required products. • The contractor must provide a detailed capability statement addressing their qualifications and ability to provide the required equipment. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number. • The contractor must provide evidence of their experience in providing similar equipment and services. • The contractor must provide a list of 3-5 private industry or Government contracts for the same services that they have performed within the last 3 years.
