The project management services will include the facilitation of the procurement process for a design-build project. • The City is seeking a firm to manage the construction project • The project includes the construction of a new baseball stadium • The selected firm will be responsible for facilitating the procurement process for a design-build project • The City does not commit to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of proposals, nor commit to select any firm which responds.
