Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO 4) intends to award a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for preventative maintenance and repairs for Siemens MRI equipment located in Lebanon VA Medical Center. The contractor will provide factory-trained and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certified field service engineers to perform non-routine, or corrective maintenance on the designated MRI scanner during overnight hours. The scope of work includes diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, as well as testing and deliverables. The period of performance is a base year plus two (2)-year options, from July 15, 2026, to July 14, 2029.
Some key points to consider:
• The contractor must provide all out-of-contract coverage labor necessary for the work.
• The contractor must provide factory-trained and OEM certified field service engineers.
• The work shall be performed outside of Lebanon VAMC’s annually occurring preventive maintenance and repair Siemens MRI contract hours.
• The contractor must provide a detailed Field Service Report (FSR) upon completion of the shift.
