The City of San Antonio is seeking a qualified vendor to provide an annual cleaning contract for the International Center. The work includes carpet cleaning on the first and third floors, upholstery cleaning of limited seating, elevator cleaning, and acoustical‑tile cleaning, all to be performed during evening hours.
• Carpet area: approximately 7,200 sq ft on two floors.
• Upholstery: two chairs and one loveseat in a common‑area corridor.
• Additional tasks: cleaning two passenger elevators and acoustic ceiling tiles (≈22.67 sq ft each).
• Service window: 6 p.m. – 10 p.m., Monday through Sunday, to avoid disruption of building operations.
