Description
The Internal Services Department of Los Angeles County is seeking a vendor to provide courier services for a 3-year period. The services will include daily, weekend, and holiday courier services between Camp Kilpatrick and a laboratory in San Fernando. The vendor must meet the minimum requirements outlined in the statement of work and provide supporting documents with their bid. The county reserves the right to cancel or terminate the purchase order if the vendor fails to perform. The bid must include pricing for each commodity/service described, and the county will evaluate bids based on pricing.
• Daily courier services: Monday to Friday, to be completed by 11:30 am
• Weekend courier services: to be completed by 11:30 am
• Holiday courier services: to be completed by 11:30 am
• 3-year agreement from the date of award
• Pickup and drop-off addresses are specified
• Vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Vendor must provide insurance coverage as specified
