Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for the procurement of two (2) Onyx PCX systems configured for Carbamate/Glyphosate workflows (120 V) from Pickering Laboratories to enhance chromatographic post-column derivatization capabilities and support regulated environmental and food testing. The Onyx PCX is the next-generation Pickering post-column instrument, designed for pulse-free reagent delivery, quick-change reactors, and programmable column-temperature gradients to improve separations and reduce run times. The contract will include delivery, installation, and training.
• The contract will be for a period of time to be determined by HHSC.
• The contractor will be required to provide the goods and services described in the IFB.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor will be required to provide a comprehensive response to the IFB, including all required information and documentation.
• The contractor will be required to submit a signed Certificate of Interested Parties prior to contract award.
