European Scrap Material Removal and Recycling

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide scrap yard management, scrap removal and transportation, scrap demilitarization (DEMIL) / mutilation (MUT) and scrap de-manufacturing (DEMAN) operations including disposal and recycling in and around Europe. The contractor will be responsible for managing scrap collection sites, receiving and processing scrap material, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The contract will include a base period of 18 months and two option periods of 18 months each. • The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, and services necessary to perform the work. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting on the weight and type of scrap material processed. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable environmental and safety regulations. • The contractor will be paid based on the weight of scrap material processed, with a fixed price per unit of measure. • The contractor will be required to provide electronic files and supporting documentation for each task order.
