Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking quotations for the production of retractable banners with carrying cases. The banners will be used primarily indoors but may also be used outdoors. The contractor must provide a fixed price for the production of the banners, including all materials and operations. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror submitting a quotation that specifies the most copies to be delivered to the Government for an all-inclusive, fixed-price total.
• The contractor must provide a quantity of 1-2 sets of retractable banners, each including a panel, hardware, and case.
• The banners must be printed with 4-color process and Pantone 123C ink, and must be made of 13 oz smooth vinyl.
• The contractor must submit a pre-production sample for approval before commencing production.
• The contractor must deliver the banners to the specified location via traceable means.
• The contractor must provide proof of delivery and invoice the Government within 10 workdays of complete distribution.
