Description
The Gallipolis Developmental Center (GDC) is seeking bids for an electric passenger bicycle. The bicycle should have an extended range, UL certified 48V 20 AH battery, and provide 85 miles of range. It should also have a powerful drivetrain, all-terrain capability, and be able to seat 3 people with a load capacity of 500 lbs. The bidder is required to complete the item grid and attach an electronic copy of their quote to this solicitation in Ohio Buys prior to the closing date.
• The electric bicycle should have a 750 W rear drive motor
• It should have a variable speed twist throttle and Shimano 7 speed shifter
• The bicycle should have fat tires for increased grip and traction
• It should be built with 6061 aluminum alloy front frame and rear
• The bicycle should have an enhanced capability and be able to seat 3 people
