Description
The Office of Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) is seeking proposals from qualified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBE) contractors for new 13th floor office space construction services. The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project on a Firm Fixed Fee basis. The proposal price shall include all costs associated with labor, materials, equipment, and freight. Key services include construction of two new office spaces at OCME Hirsch building, located at 421 E. 26th Street, New York NY 10016, 13th Floor.
• The contractor must provide all required documents via PASSPort.
• The contractor shall be required to pay the applicable fees for any of its subcontractors for which Vendor Name Check (VNC) reviews are required.
• The contractor shall comply with all applicable provisions of the Labor Law, as amended.
• The contractor shall obtain any and all permits, licenses, and certificates as shall be required for or applicable to the work performed at no additional cost to OCME.
