Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a vendor to plug 9 orphan wells in Gratiot County. The project includes four well plugging projects: New Haven Section 3, New Haven Section 4, New Haven Section 31-33, and New Haven Section 5-10 and Plank 1-1. The vendor will be responsible for plugging the wells, disconnecting and capping the flowlines, and completing other related tasks. The state will choose the best value bid, considering factors such as price, project timeline, and vendor experience.
* The project is expected to start in late fall/winter.
* The vendor must include a detailed project timeline with their bid.
* The state will provide access to the well sites for vendors to visit and assess the work.
* The vendor must comply with DBPW laws and regulations, including weekly pay and pay cert submittal.
* The vendor must provide a price for all line items, even if $0, and be accurate in pricing and lump sums.
