Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs has awarded four Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Medical Disability Examinations (MDE) 2025 Regions 1-4 Recompete, also known as the Short-Term Contracts (STC). The contracts have a maximum quantity of 9 million exams, and to date, 5.2 million exams have been completed or are in progress. The contracts were awarded to Loyal Source Government Services LLC, OptumServe Health Services Inc, QTC Medical Services Inc, and Veterans Evaluation Services Inc.
• The contract ceiling is 9 million exams, not a dollar value.
• The contracts were awarded in December 2024.
• The FPDS Total Contract Value will be updated to $5,000,000,000.00 for reporting purposes.
