Description
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service intends to award a non-competitive, sole sourced purchase order to Arizona Department of Human Services for state required newborn screening services. The services shall be in strict accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The contractor shall provide newborn screening test services, including 1st screens, 2nd screens, repeat screens, healthcare/facilities education services, and follow-up services. The location of work is the Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility. The period of performance is from 09/01/2026 to 08/31/2027.
• The contractor shall provide services on an "as needed basis".
• Specimens will be sent to the contractor via regular mail or courier service.
• The contractor shall provide proper invoices for billing in an electronic invoicing portal (IPP).
• The contractor shall perform follow-up services on questionable specimens and/or results within the required timeframe.
