Description
Knox County is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Defined Contribution Third-Party Administrative Services, including Investment Advisory Services. The selected vendor will be responsible for maintaining accurate participant records, processing participant enrollment and distribution requests, and providing investment options and education to participants. The contract is expected to begin on July 1, 2024, and end on June 30, 2025.
• The vendor will be required to provide record-keeping and plan administration services, including account services and transaction capabilities.
• The vendor will be responsible for processing participant enrollment and distribution requests, including required tax withholding.
• The vendor will be required to provide investment options and education to participants, including a diverse range of investment options and participant-directed investment changes.
• The vendor will be responsible for attending quarterly Investment Committee meetings and reporting on investment performance, fees, and market updates.
• The vendor will be required to provide a dedicated participant support hotline and online portal for inquiries and assistance.
