Description
The City of Columbus Department of Public Utilities is seeking an Indefinite Quantity Agreement (IQA) for comprehensive locksmith services on an as‑needed basis. The contractor must provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to perform lock repairs, key duplication, re‑keying, cylinder repairs, and related services for a variety of lock brands across DPU facilities. Services must be performed on‑site with same‑day response, and no substitutions are permitted. The agreement is estimated at $9,000 annually and runs until August 31 2027.
• Mandatory same‑day service for high‑security areas
• Vendor must be located in Ohio or within 100 mi of the service address
• Pricing required for hourly, overtime, weekend, holiday, key duplication, re‑keying, cylinder repair, trip and miscellaneous charges
• Award will be based primarily on combined weekday hourly and overtime rates.
