Description
The Tohatchi Health Center is seeking to acquire office furniture in accordance with the Statement of Work - Attachment A. The contract will be for a period of 92 days, from June 3, 2026, to September 3, 2026. The contractor will be required to provide furniture and installation services. The Government will evaluate offers based on technical capability, price, and other factors.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a technical capability statement, pricing, and delivery schedule with their offer.
• The Government reserves the right to award a contract to the offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government.
• The contract will include provisions for payment, invoicing, and contract administration.
