Description
The Port Arthur Economic Development Corporation (EDC) is seeking a contractor to provide tractor mowing services for the Highway 73, Spur 93, and Jade Avenue Business Parks. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all supervision, labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, fuel, and service to perform and complete all work in an efficient and workman-like manner. The scope of work includes mowing, trimming, and litter removal. The contractor will be called to cut grass on an as-needed basis, with an estimated 6 cuts per year. The contract will terminate approximately 12 months from the date of execution, with the option to renew for two additional years.
• The contractor must have experience in mowing similar properties and maintaining irrigation systems for governmental entities or other clients.
• The contractor must provide three business references for similar services provided.
• The contractor must describe their firm's capability to provide all required services.
• The contractor must provide pricing information, including unit prices and total amounts.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, orders, regulations, and codes of federal, state, and local governments.
