AFD National Canine Services for Seized and/or Forfeited Canines for CONUS and OCONUS

The U.S. Marshals Service, Asset Forfeiture Division is seeking a contractor to provide national canine services, including onsite seizure/evidentiary support, transportation, daily care, veterinary treatment, food, kenneling, expert witness services, and disposal services for seized/forfeited canines within CONUS and OCONUS locations. The contractor will be responsible for providing these services for a period of one year, with options to extend for up to four additional years. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract. • The contractor will be required to provide a comprehensive plan for the care and management of seized/forfeited canines, including transportation, daily care, veterinary treatment, and disposal services. • The contractor will be required to provide expert witness services as needed. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed pricing schedule for all services provided. • The contractor will be required to provide a plan for emergency situations, including natural disasters and pandemics.
