Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking information from potential small business manufacturing sources for medical/surgical supplies and equipment. The agency is looking for vendors who can provide products similar to those listed in the attached document. Vendors who wish to provide alternate items must submit manufacturer data, including characteristics and features of the alternate item, as well as a cross-reference list comparing the features and capabilities of the alternate item to the exact item listed.
* The agency is seeking small business distributors and/or manufacturers to provide a capability statement, which should not exceed three pages and include company name, business size, cage code, address, point of contact, email address, and phone number.
* All items must be manufactured by Buy American Act (BAA) qualified countries and be Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved.
* Responses from large businesses will not be considered.
* The agency is not committed to issuing a solicitation, making an award, or paying costs associated with responding to this announcement.
