This solicitation seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive list of dental materials and supplies for the State of Hawaii’s Developmental Disabilities Division. The contract will run for a twelve‑month period beginning early January 2027, with a minimum purchase‑order value of $100 per order and rapid delivery requirements (within 5‑7 days of each order). The vendor must be registered in Hawaii’s Compliance Express system, carry the required insurance, and submit all required certificates and attachments.
