Description
The Navajo Division of Transportation is seeking a single, preferred vendor to provide a comprehensive package of UAV (drone) hardware, power and charging solutions, and associated training and support services for transportation projects across the Navajo Nation (Arizona, Utah, New Mexico). The procurement includes multiple drone systems, accessories, fast chargers, battery isolators, and both on‑site hardware training and remote software instruction (including Trimble Business Center). The vendor must supply all items as new 2025/2026 models, provide five references, certify price validity for 60 days, and include all costs (equipment, freight, training, support, and a 6 % Navajo Nation sales tax) in a single line‑item total. Delivery is FOB the Navajo Nation Fleet Management location in Window Rock, AZ, with physical submission of proposals required by June 17 2026.

• Provision of Astro Max power systems, fast chargers, and battery isolators.
• Delivery of full‑day on‑site hardware training and remote software training (LP360 and Trimble Business Center).
