FalconV+ scanners and maintenance support

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking information to identify vendors capable of providing FalconV+ Scanners and Maintenance Support. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is to conduct market research and plan a path forward in regard to procuring the requirement. The scope of this Statement of Work (SOW) encompasses renewing the hardware maintenance for OPEX Falcon Scanners and Assist Towers. The period of performance will be from June 14, 2026, to June 14, 2027. • The IRS requires hardware maintenance renewal of its OPEX FalconV+ high-speed scanners located in Ogden and Kansas City. • The FalconV+ scanners process seized financial documents to use as evidence in support of financial crimes cases and projects. • The scanners also support Frivolous Argument Anti-Government (FRAG) initiatives and the Zero-Paper project. • The annual maintenance must be renewed to ensure that the scanners remain operational and reliable on a consistent basis. • The scope of this SOW includes renewing the hardware maintenance for OPEX Falcon Scanners and Assist Towers, including FalconV+ Base Machine, Falcon Multi ID Assist Tower, VRS Annual SW Fee, Certainscan Edit & Transform Annual License Fee, Certainscan PDF-8, and 1-D and 2-D Barcode Annual SW License Fee.
