The County seeks a vendor to supply battery‑operated extrication tools that meet NFPA 1936 (2020 edition) along with associated training, service, and loaner support under a one‑year contract with four optional one‑year renewals. The award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with delivery required by December 20 2026.
• Provide ten units each of cutter, spreader, combo tool, telescopic ram, and ram, plus batteries, chargers, mounting hardware, and optional spreader tips (total ~90 items).
• Include manufacturer‑certified training for three fire‑department personnel and a 72‑hour loaner replacement program for equipment failures.
• Maintain a service center for major repairs, furnish required insurance (A‑7 rating) and bonding, and comply with E‑Verify and other state/federal regulations.
