The Methuen Housing Authority is seeking a qualified firm to maintain, monitor, and support their network, servers, workstations, phone systems, and security camera systems. The selected firm will also provide responsive help desk services to staff across all MHA properties. The scope of work includes maintaining and monitoring the systems, providing technical support, and ensuring the security and integrity of the systems. The firm will also be responsible for providing training and support to MHA staff.
