Description
The Pease Development Authority is seeking qualified vendors to supply and deliver a set of HVAC components—including four geothermal units, an energy recovery ventilator, a make‑up air feed, a pump, motor drive, heat exchanger, and two expansion tanks—to its facility at 7 Lee St., Portsmouth, NH. The equipment must meet or exceed the listed manufacturer specifications and be accompanied by full warranties and documentation. Vendors must be registered in New Hampshire, hold the appropriate HVAC licensing, and provide the required insurance coverage. Bids are sealed, with the lowest responsive, compliant bid to be awarded.
• Provide specified geothermal units (GeoComfort models) and ERV/Makeup Air equipment per exact model numbers.
• Supply additional pump, motor drive, high‑capacity heat exchanger, and large/small expansion tanks meeting detailed performance criteria.
• Deliver all items to the PDA maintenance facility with manuals, warranties, and compliance paperwork; shipping costs are included in the firm bid.
• Vendor must submit one original plus two duplicate sealed bid packages, include a Statement of Qualifications, and certify no conflicts of interest.
