Industrial Washers and Dryers for MCF-Faribault

The State of Minnesota, Department of Corrections, is seeking proposals for the purchase of two new Unimac Pocket Hardmount Washer-Extractors and two new Unimac Tumble Dryers for MCF-Faribault. The proposed equipment must meet strict specification requirements, and no substitutes will be allowed. The total proposed cost will include removal of old units and delivery and installation of new units. • The contract term is anticipated to be from March 20, 2026, through February 28, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional one year. • The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $65,000 to $70,000. • Responders must submit their proposals through the SWIFT Supplier Portal. • A surety bond of 5% of the total amount of the response is required for responses exceeding $50,000.
