Budget estimate

$200,000,000 – $300,000,000

Based on the historical usage information provided in the RFP, the total number of calls and minutes used in the current offender telephone services contract is approximately 34.6 million calls and 446 million minutes per year. The average annual revenue for the current contract is not provided, but assuming an average cost per minute of $0.10, the annual revenue would be approximately $44.6 million. Considering the scope of work and the contract period, a reasonable estimate for the total contract value could be between $200 million and $300 million.
