Calibration of Medical and Laboratory Equipment

The DeKalb County Public Health is seeking a vendor to provide calibration services for medical and laboratory equipment used by the DeKalb County Public Health. The selected vendor will be responsible for annual calibration of designated equipment, following manufacturer's operating instructions and procedures. The vendor will also be required to provide complete documentation for each piece of equipment serviced, including date of calibration, technician's name, equipment serial numbers, and detailed calibration results. • The vendor must have experience in providing calibration services for medical and laboratory equipment. • The vendor must be able to provide a list of references from previous clients. • The vendor must be able to provide proof of insurance and certification. • The vendor must be able to comply with all terms and conditions of the contract.
