Budget estimate

$300,000 – $2,500,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate without more information about the scope of work and the vendor's experience. However, based on the fact that the contract term is 3 years with two optional 1-year extensions, it is likely that the budget will be in the range of $100,000 to $500,000 per year, depending on the complexity of the virtual tour services and the number of users. The total budget for the 3-year contract term could be in the range of $300,000 to $1,500,000, and up to $2,500,000 if the optional extensions are exercised.
