Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. Based on typical university‑wide chemical water treatment contracts that cover multiple plant loops, boiler systems, and ongoing chemical supply for two campuses, a reasonable estimate would be between $200,000 and $500,000 for the first year, with potential extensions or annual renewals. Factors influencing the final amount include the number of loops, volume of chemicals required, service frequency, and any additional safety training or reporting requirements.
